Chef Angelo's Private Dining Service made our parents' anniversary party much more than a celebration. With a house full of twenty family members, we hired Chef Angelo to do the cooking honors for two of the dinners. He was extremely helpful in our menu selections, offering crowd pleasing suggestions for each evening; a casual Southwest style barbeque of steak, spare ribs and chicken to kick off our week together in Orlando, and a more elegantly prepared menu of veal, fish and pasta with an Italian influence (not to mention the most delectable deserts!) for the Anniversary dinner.
